Limited Parking at the Entrance to the Field. No Parking along the road along the bus route or in the Help USA building directly across from the entrance to the fields.
Online Documents & Check In
**All teams are required to complete online team check-in for each tournament through GotSport.
Online / GotSport Check-In Instructions
- Deadline: Friday, February 13, 2026, by 10 pm EST. No Exceptions.
- Teams that complete online registration will receive a Confirmation email by Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 10 p.m. The email address listed as "Primary Contact" for this specific event will receive the confirmation email. Please do not send individual inquiries before the deadline.
A complete online check-in must include the required documents:
- State/Club Approved Roster (USYSA or US Club) (handwrite guest names at the bottom)
- Current player passes to match roster uploaded (including guests) (Photo roster is acceptable in place of player cards.
- Permission to Travel (if needed) (USYSA teams only if outside of Region 1)
Directions to complete online check-in:
- Locate a digital copy of the team's State/Club (approved) Roster and current Player
Passes (cards), including guest players. (Photo rosters can be used in place of player cards)
- Submit these documents to your GotSport account:
SCAN or SAVE each document as an individual PDF (Roster or Player Cards)
UPLOAD to GotSport:
- Log in to your coach/manager account and click the "Team Management" button.
- Click on the name of the team you have registered.
- Open the "Registrations" tab.
- Click on the Event to Upload Documents to.
- Open the "Registration" tab.
- Next, click on the "Edit" button.
- Click the "Choose file" button and select the file to upload. If you have difficulty uploading a document, it is likely too large and needs to be decreased in size.
Other Info
If your team is accepted to play in the MSC KOC tournament and later withdraws, the registration fee is non-refundable, and sanctions may be placed against your team for
participation in future competitions.
Manhattan Soccer Club will not be responsible for any losses, expenses, or other liabilities incurred by any team, club, or individual if the tournament is canceled in whole or in part for any reason whatsoever.
Refund Policy: Tournament registration fees are non-refundable. However, teams that purchase Event Cancellation Team Coverage from ViCoverage, powered by Vertical Insure, may be eligible for a refund of up to 100% if the event is canceled or shortened due to weather-related or unsafe playing conditions.
Refunds are determined based on games played versus games guaranteed and are paid directly to the team through Vertical Insure.
How it works:

If your team registered for a 3-game minimum tournament and only one game was played before the weather made the fields unplayable, you will be refunded for the two games you did not play.

If the tournament is canceled in full before any games begin, covered teams will be eligible for a 100% refund of the registration fee.

Insurance Fee & Purchase
The insurance cost is 10% of the team's tournament registration fee. Vertical Insure will issue all refunds directly.
Insurance can be purchased after your team's tournament registration fee has been paid, but it must be purchased at least 15 days before the event. The deadline for the MSC Kickoff Classic is February 4, 2026.
This is a reminder that insurance is optional. However, if the event is canceled in whole or in part due to weather and your team does not have a policy, you will not be eligible for any refund or credit of your entry fees.
