CASL Wrap Up

Pride - Opened the morning with a 1-3L We played on a field smaller than anything we see on Randalls as the field was 56yds by 90yds. we were superior in almost every aspect of the game. had the ball in the other teams 1/2 for most of the game. We would collect it when they cleared it and attack again. they go through 3 times and scored 3 goals. A very frustrating day as the girls played well but came up on the wrong end of the goals.

Santos - Played a very good Michigan Jaguars team. the final score was 0-6L but they played very hard until the end. if you looked at the game you would have never thought the score was that bad as it was a good game but the Jaguars were very good!

Crew - Walked in to a game against Florida Kraze Krush, the game started and they had an absolute hunger about them and were playing very well. After getting a few sights at goal we created a breakthrough and scored the 1st goal of the game. As the game went on Crew got stronger, and stronger. on one of the few times that Krush made it in to our half one of there players had an amazing 30yard shot that went in to tie the game. We pressed but to no avail 1-1T was the final result.

For the weekend out of 9 games there were only 2 losses for the girls program.

Great weekend for all and now on to the next event.

CASL Day 2

Pride - played NEFC today to a 1-1 tie. They played very well on a small 60yd x 95 yard field . They went down 0-1at the beginning of the 2nd half and fight back to a 1-1 tie. Last 20 min had a number of really good chances to go ahead bit the heroics of the NEFC keeper held the game at a tie.

Crew - played a fantastic game against the Slammers . Both teams battled hard and earned a 1-1 tie. After a mistake by us that they capitalized on we took advantage of one of thier mistakes to tie the game. The last 10min were all  Crew as we pressed looking for the go ahead goal. Absolutely fantastic game by both teams and a well deserved draw.

Santos - took home a 1-0 win to go 2-0 in the group. After a very good first half and being up 1-0 Santos withheld the 2nd half pressure to preserve he win.

Another great day at CASL from msc girls .
