Manhattan Soccer Club is pleased to announce that our premier elite boys' teams will join the Boys Elite Clubs National League for the upcoming 2019/20 season.
Beginning in Fall 2019, MSC's top boys' teams in the 14U through 19U age groups will compete in the ECNL Northeast conference, joining other clubs within the region, including Baltimore Celtic, Continental FC, East Meadow SC, FSA FC, Match Fit Academy, PDA, Penn Fusion and World Class.
Membership in the league will yield opportunities to attend ECNL National Events and to advance to the post-season Elite National Premier League (ENPL) Playoffs, along with visiting a select number of highly competitive tournaments.
The Boys Elite Clubs National League (Boys ECNL) is a nationwide league founded to improve the daily environment for boys youth soccer players through a collaborative, club-based development program featuring competition, player identification, and coaching and club development platforms. The league follows the structure and format of the Girls ECNL, the successful nationwide girls' platform that has operated since 2007.
"Manhattan Soccer Club is proud to become members of the Boys ECNL platform for 2019-2020. ECNL is comprised of an outstanding organization and inclusion of the top youth boys clubs in the country, where like-minded leaders create cultures for both qualities holistic and on-field player development. It is fascinating to have Boys ECNL in New York City, where I am positive that the rest of the membership will see that Manhattan Soccer Club will be a positive addition and strong advocate for the platform in every aspect. This is the next step for our boys' program. Our club leadership, coaching staff, players and families are ready."
