In this webinar for parents and families of young athletes, a multidisciplinary panel of experts in pediatric sports medicine and performance, emergency medicine, immunology, and infectious disease, and medical ethics from NYU Langone will share healthcare insights and practical tips on safe return-to-play considerations.

Topics will explore medical and ethical recommendations that are consistent and complementary with guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We will share what families need to know about the proper screening of athletes, participating in a sport with a pre-existing condition or exposure to Covid-19; sport-specific event preparation and modifications; safety precautions and cleaning protocols; and proper conditioning and injury prevention programs for all athletes. An interactive Q&A will follow the webinar.
