Girls U12 Power are living up to their name this winter, winning all three of their indoor tournaments, including one where they played up to U13.
GU10 Stars traveled to Rockland Community College for the 37th annual Clarkstown Invitational. Splitting into two squads, one team lost only in the semifinal; the other advanced to the finals on PKs then won the final 2-0. An excellent day for the whole squad.
Long time PSG96 standout Daniel O'Grady follows up his 2014 PSAL player of the year award with another major honor, the Wingate Award
The prestigious Wingate honors both athletic and academic achievement, and is awarded to one outstanding student-athlete in each sport from NYC public school seniors. O'Grady will graduate from Beacon HS this spring and attend Middlebury College next year.

Gianna Finz of U18 Hotspur and Daniel O'Grady of U18 PSG 96 have been awarded the Siggy Stritzl Award by the NY Cosmos, honoring the top male and female players in the Public School Athletic League.
Camila Kirtzman, a freshman at Kenyon College who played for MSC's United and U23 Pride squads for coach Jay Myers, helped Kenyon win their first-ever NCAC league championship and a berth to the Division III NCAA National Tournament, which begins November 14th.
