Our Mission

The Manhattan Soccer Club is the top premier and community youth travel soccer organization in the New York City metropolitan area.  With more than 50 teams at all levels of competition fielding over 750 boys and girls aged eight to 18, MSC is also one of the largest clubs in New York State. MSC teams play the majority of their games in the Westchester Youth Soccer League (WYSL) and the affiliated ENY Tri-League, against teams from  Westchester County, New York City and Long Island.  MSC teams also compete in the Northern Counties Soccer Association (NJ-NY), the Mid-Atlantic Premier Soccer League (PA-NJ-NY), Jersey Area Girls Soccer league (NY-NJ-PA), the East Hudson Youth Soccer League (NY), and, through our affiliation with the US Youth Soccer Association, the Eastern New York Premier League, the highly competitive Northeast Regional and Region 1 Premier Leagues, and, at the highest level of competition, the USYSA National League.

Our home fields, including the state-of-the-art turf and grass at East River fields and Icahn field, and the excellent grass Kantor fields, are on Manhattan's Randall's Island which is easily accessible via the Robert F. Kennedy (Triborough) Bridge. In addition to training on our home fields, we hold practices in Central Park, Riverside Park, Chelsea Waterside Park, on Pier 40, and in Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx. As many people know, Randall's Island is being completely redeveloped, and in the not-so-distant future we will be able to centralize much of our training sessions on these new grass and turf facilities.  We began using the first of these 18 new fields on Randall's in the fall of 2008.

MSC has created this site to provide a necessary resource for our member families; others who are interested in youth travel soccer in New York City will also find it useful. In addition to news and information about our Club, you will find links to other sites, including those of the leagues in which we play.  Please email us if there are ways we can make this site more useful.
